From August to September 2017, we are offering a new one-day lesson, available for everyone!
This time, the menu is “Paris-Brest Praline Cream” – a large chou Paris-Brest, sandwiching coffee-infused, rich-flavor hazelnut praline cream.
Each participant will be making a piece of 15 cm chou Paris-Breast.
