Job Description

• Conduct lessons professionally and guide customers on the steps for cooking, baking and cake courses.
• Proactively initiate and engage customer on relationship building.
• Ensure lessons are conducted in fun and positive way by motivate customer during the lesson.
• Ensure all equipment, kitchen tools and tables are cleaned after lessons.
• Be punctual and well prepared with required ingredients and tools before the lesson begins.
• Provide consultation to customers interested in our lessons and course purchase to acquire a new hobby and pursue new healthy lifestyle.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties including ingredients stock check, ingredients packing, customer service, answer phone enquiries etc.

• A good team player.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Flexible to working hours as scheduled during weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Good in time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, conversational in Mandarin will be a plus but not a must.

Job Description

• Responsible for assisting instructors to pack ingredients.
• Handle ingredients division and storage of the products received from suppliers.
• Responsible in stock checking and stock level monitoring.
• Ensure ingredients are packed according to the requirements and be consistent in the presentations.
• Assist in maintaining overall studio hygiene and cleanliness including the dining area.
• Support other related daily studio operations.
• Support staffs during events like booth, special functions and etc.

• Proactively initiate and engage corporate sales on relationship building and consultative selling.
• Responsible to researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification.
• Reaching out to new Business (B2B) customer and making presentation or pitches outlining the benefits of product/services.
• Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/services as per their needs.
• Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients.
• In charge the corporation events with smooth and professional manners.
• Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.

• As part of the regional IT team, to provide system maintenance and support to ABC country offices, including but not limited to, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand
• Plan, develop, test and deploy robust web and mobile applications.
• Analyze business processes and translate them into clean, working code.
• Troubleshoot issues and enhance the systems to improve usability and productivity.
• Create tools or automate tasks to generate meaningful reports for users to analyze trends and statistics.
• Create documentation and provide training to internal users about system functionalities.

• Effectively communicate technical information to superiors and peers, who may be non-technical users.

Job Description

• To coordinate and execute purchasing activities and supplier deliveries to meet Company operations requirement.
• Ensure consistency of ingredients supply, on time delivery and pricing of ingredients.
• Follow up on daily outstanding order / back order.
• To resolve issue related to purchasing matters such as late delivery, shortage of ingredients etc.
• Monitor and resolve issue related to payment i.e credit notes and discrepancies on invoice.
• Implement and evaluate efficiency of improvement plan in procurement process.
• Assist Studio Manager to oversee daily studio operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management from time to time. 

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent field.

• Have at least 1 year experience in purchasing, preferably in F&B industry.

Job Description

• Required to handle full set account including but not limited to account receivable, payable, general ledger, journal entry and bank reconciliation. 
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned.
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
• Prepare and submit weekly or monthly reports.
• Assist Regional Accountant in the preparations of monthly or yearly closings.
