A delicate pairing of coffee-infused sponge and buttery caramel cream with a hint of salt, learn from making a basic sponge to whipping up cream to the right consistency for piping, as you’ll be piping your way to an elegant finish of this petite cake. Add texture to every bite with caramelized almonds sandwiched between layers, and finish with them studded over the cloud-like cream.
