Conduct lessons professionally and guide customers on the steps for cooking, baking and cake courses.
Proactively initiate and engage customer on relationship building.
Ensure lessons are conducted in fun and positive way by motivate customer during the lesson.
Ensure all equipment, kitchen tools and tables are cleaned after lessons.
Be punctual and well prepared with required ingredients and tools before the lesson begins.
Provide consultation to customers interested in our lessons and course purchase to acquire a new hobby and pursue new healthy lifestyle.

As part of the regional IT team, to provide system maintenance and support to ABC country offices, including but not limited to, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand
Plan, develop, test and deploy robust web and mobile applications.
Analyze business processes and translate them into clean, working code.
Troubleshoot issues and enhance the systems to improve usability and productivity.
Create tools or automate tasks to generate meaningful reports for users to analyze trends and statistics.
Create documentation and provide training to internal users about system functionalities.
Coordinate the resolution of system issues in a timely manner.
Effectively communicate technical information to superiors and peers, who may be non-technical users.
Maintain technical knowledge base for internal sharing.
Requirements
At least 2 years’ experience in web and mobile application development, and api programming, using technical stacks such as Node.js/Nest.js/Next.js/React Native/Flutter.

Ensure consistency of ingredients supply, on time delivery and pricing of ingredients.
Follow up on daily outstanding order / back order.
To resolve issue related to purchasing matters such as late delivery, shortage of ingredients etc.
Monitor and resolve issue related to payment i.e credit notes and discrepancies on invoice.
Implement and evaluate efficiency of improvement plan in procurement process.
