Job Description

  • Conduct lessons professionally and guide customers on the steps for cooking, baking and cake courses
  • Proactively initiate and engage customer on relationship building
  • Ensure lessons are conducted in fun and positive way by motivate customer during the lesson
  • Ensure all equipment, kitchen tools and tables are cleaned after lessons
  • Be punctual and well prepared with required ingredients and tools before the lesson begins
  • Persuade customers to purchase our lessons to acquire a new hobby, have a better and healthy lifestyle.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties including ingredients stock check, ingredients packing, handle customer complaint, answer phone enquiries etc.
Requirements
  • A good team player
  • Able to multitask and work independently
  • Flexible to working hours as scheduled during weekdays, evenings and weekends
  • Good in time management, customer service and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, conversational in Mandarin will be a plus but not a must
  • Applicants with sales or culinary background will be an added advantage

Job Description

  • Provide quality customer service with polite and good work ethics to all the customers arrive at the studio counter or over the phone.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person or via phone/email.
  • Handle the incoming phone calls and provide the first level of support.
  • Resolve and follow-up customer enquires or problems efficiently and escalate problems/ issues promptly.
  • Assist in contract fill up process when required.
  • General admin duties.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills, customer care and administration.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Shift work (9:30am-6:30pm and 1:30-10:30pm).

Job Description

  • Plan, develop, test and deploy robust customer-facing web applications.
  • Analyze user requirements and translate them into clean, working code.
  • Create tools or automate tasks to analyze trends and statistics.
  • Create documentations and provide training to internal users about system functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot issues and enhance the systems to improve usability and productivity.
  • Coordinates the resolution of all IT-related inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to superiors and peers in other practices.
  • Identify the need for change and creatively think of ways to innovate.
  • Builds internal knowledge and conveys them to other team members.
  • Design and implement policies and guidelines based on industry’s best practices.
Requirements
  • Good understanding on OOP/MVC and clear coding style is a must.
  • Clear understanding on relational database is a must, experienced in document based database will be an advantage.
  • At least one year experience in web/application development.
  • Familiar with Java/PHP/node.js will be a big advantage.
  • Experience in Cloud solutions like AWS will be a plus.
  • Experience in DevOps like AWS beanstalk/Docker will be a plus.
  • Experience in modern framework like Vue.js, React.js, Laravel, React Native, NativeScript will be a big advantage.

Job Description

  • Responsible for assisting instructors to pack ingredients.
  • Handle ingredients division and storage of the products received from suppliers.
  • Responsible in stock checking and stock level monitoring.
  • Ensure ingredients are packed according to the requirements and be consistent in the presentations.
  • Assist in maintaining overall studio hygiene and cleanliness including the dining area.
  • Support other related daily studio operations.
  • Support staffs during events like booth, special functions and etc.
Requirements
  • Able to differentiate ingredients used in baking or cooking.
  • Able to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Able to organize, multitask and work in a team.

Job Description

  • Provide general administrative support and handle daily HR activities.
  • Administer in monthly payroll processing and ensure payroll process accurately in timely manner.
  • Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure Company compliance with local Labor Laws and related statutory requirements.
  • Update and maintain employee database.
  • Ensure proper documentation, correspondence, report, filling and records are consistent with guideline and procedures.
  • Maintain and ensure high confidentiality of HR related matters.
  • Administer in HR related matters such as staff employment movement, performance management, employee benefit and leave administration.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements
  • A good team player.
  • Have knowledge and hands-on experience payroll administration or other HR related field, preferable in retail industry.
  • Attentive to details and consistent in data management.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent and able to write in English. Fluent in Mandarin or Japanese will be a plus but not a must.
  • Eager to learn and open for exciting opportunities in enhancing your soft and hard skills.
  • Familiar with Employment Act and relevant HR legislation.
