A Cantonese Date is back with new classics! Join us for another round of dim sum affair as we steam, fry and bake our way through timeless Cantonese flavours 🥢

Here’s what you’ll learn:
Crystal Shrimp Dumpling (Har Gow) (3 pieces)
Delicate steamed dumplings with a translucent skin filled with juicy shrimp, paired with chili bean sauce.

Stir Fried Radish Cake (Serves 1)
Savoury cubes of radish cake pan-fried with egg, bean sprouts and preserved radish.

Lychee Chicken Ball (3 pieces)
Lychee-shaped minced chicken balls with diced lychee and a bursting mozzarella filling.

Fried Glutinous Rice Dumpling (Ham Sui Gok) (2 pieces)
Crisp and chewy dumplings filled with a savoury minced chicken filling.

Buttery Baked Egg Tart (2 pieces)
Buttery pastry shells filled with silky smooth egg custard.
