ABC membership is a lifetime membership and requires a one-time payment only. You will be issued a Membership card with a maintain membership ID number that you can use to log in to the ABC Website for Members to manage your lessons, update application details and to make any inquiries.
As an ABC Member, you can attend the Trial Lesson for FREE if you bring along a new friend (non-ABC member) each time you attend a Trial Lesson! Your friend will enjoy a further discounted price for the Trial Lesson as well! However, do note that both the ABC member and the referred friend MUST attend the Trial Lesson together.
You can also enjoy an exclusive member only discount from our retail merchandise when you present your membership card upon making payment. However, do note that members are not allowed to share or buy items on behalf of a non-member friend/ family.
You will also be prioritized for any 1-Day lessons, events or workshops that we have at our studio.
Please apply for a replacement at the studio. A handling fee of RM20 will be charged for the new card issuance.
COURSES
Each course has a reasonable pre-determined “expiration date” and each member is responsible for keeping track of it. ABC Cooking Studio is not obliged to extend the course expiration date due to your personal circumstances. Member can log in to the ABC Website for Members and find the relevant information on the top-right corner of the screen. The actual course expiration date will be the earlier of either
(a) the pre-determined expiration date, or
(b) the last day of the month in which the member finished the last lesson of the course
Extension is based on the condition that the request for extension is made BEFORE the course expiration date. You may approach our studio for application of extension.
Member shall apply for extension due to personal circumstances and pay a fee of RM60 per month. Do note that you are unable to terminate your course after an extension.
Member can apply for extension with valid documents and without any charges for
(a) member who is pregnant or within 1 year after giving birth, 2 more years will be extended
(b) member who has hospitalization leave for more than 30 days, 1-3 more months will be extended
(c) member who has overseas business trip for more than 30 days, 1-3 more months will be extended
However, ABC Cooking Studio is not obliged to extend the above mentioned application that is less than 30 days.
We do not allow transfer of courses. You would have to terminate your current course and sign up for your preferred course. Do note that there will be a handling fee of RM100 per course. Please refer to your ABC Cooking Studio Membership Terms and Conditions for Course Termination details.
Members can reserve up to 3 lessons per course per month in the system.
REGULAR LESSON RESERVATION
Members can reserve a Regular Lesson before 5:00pm of the business day before the scheduled Regular Lesson.
Members can do so by logging into the ABC Website for Members (accessible 24 hours), by calling the studio or by using the touch panel booking terminals at the studio.
Thereafter, member should double confirm the reservation status on the ABC Website for Members.
The ABC Website for Members will not allow reservation (scheduled for the next day) after 5:00pm. Please call the studio and let us know which Regular Lesson you wish to reserve for the next day. We cannot promise you the reservation, however, we will help you enquire with the manager/ instructor.
Our cancellation policy states that the deadline to cancel an existing Regular Lesson reservation, without penalty, is before 12pm of the day before the reserved lesson.
Members can manage their own cancellation via the ABC Website for Members, by calling the studio or by using the touch panel booking terminals at the studio.
Thereafter, member should double confirm the reservation status on the ABC Website for Members.
REGULAR LESSON RULES
Do bring your apron and a pen to take down notes during the lesson.
Member with long hair should tie up hair neatly due to hygiene reasons. Member with long nails or with sophisticated manicure should wear gloves during lesson. Do remove any accessories around hands and wrists, such as rings, watches or bracelets before lesson.
Be on time for your lesson. Tardiness of more than 10 minutes for any reason is considered as cancelled and member will not be able to attend the lesson.

Lesson must be attended by the member who had registered. No one should attend the lesson on your behalf.
It is a good habit to write your name and membership ID number on your recipe once your instructor hand it to you. Take care of the printed recipe given to you. Any soiled, torn or missing recipe, due to negligence or any personal situation, will not be replaced by ABC Cooking Studio. However, member can purchase a copy of the same recipe at RM20 from the studio.
No photography or filming during the lesson.
Member shall take care or may use the lockers within our premise to safely store all their personal belongings including valuables. At the end of your lesson, do check under the table to see if you have left your recipe or any personal belongings behind before you leave the studio. ABC Cooking Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, accidents and other troubles that might have caused.
At the end of your Regular Lesson, we will provide you with the packaging materials for your bread or cake so that you can bring them back and share with your loved ones.
However, dishes made from a cooking Regular Lesson should be consumed at our premise. If member wish to bring food home, member must bring own containers or carriers. ABC Cooking Studio will not provide any containers nor disposable receptacles or materials. In addition, member must sign on the “Food Takeaway Form” and be responsible for the food taken out of the studio. Please obtain the form from your cooking instructor.
We are sorry to hear that you are unwell, and we wish you a quick recovery.
We will need valid documents, such as a MC, for the management to credit a lesson back to you. Hence, in this case, the best we can do is to provide you with the original recipe of the lesson you had missed.
TRIAL LESSONS
A Trial Lesson is specially designed for first-timers at ABC Cooking Studio to experience the joy of cooking or baking, and serves as an introduction before signing up for our regular courses.
All Trial Lessons are conducted in small groups of up to 4 participants to 1 instructor, ensuring you receive attentive guidance and have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the session.
At the end of the lesson, our instructors will provide a short briefing on the ABC membership, including its benefits, course structure, package options, payment methods, and how to make reservations. This exclusive introduction is unique to Trial Lessons and is what sets them apart from other lessons such as 1Day Lessons or workshops.

Our Trial Lessons are offered at an affordable rate of RM85 per pax on Off-Peak weekdays or RM105 per pax on Peak weekends, exclusively for first-timers to experience our lessons and get introduced to our studio.
We conduct Trial Lessons daily, each lasting approximately 2 hours, with the following time slots: 10:15am, 1:30pm, 4:30pm and 7:30pm. You can check availability and make your booking online up to one month in advance via this page.
No prior experience is required, beginners are absolutely welcome!
Trial Lessons are open to first-time, Non-member participants who are either local Malaysian or a foreigner holding long-term residency in Malaysia. For local Malaysians, you may proceed to book for a Trial Lesson online. For foreigners holding long-term residency in Malaysia, kindly email us at [email protected] to make your booking.

Children aged 4–8 years old may join our Kids Course or selected 1Day Lessons/Workshops offered from time to time
Participants below 18 years old are required to be accompanied by an adult (18 years and above), who must also purchase a Trial Lesson seat and attend the session together.
Age is calculated based on date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY).
We provide printed recipes, ingredients, and all necessary equipment for the lesson.
Apron rental at RM1 is available exclusively to Members. Non-members are encouraged to bring their own apron or purchase one from us at RM20, as aprons are compulsory for all lessons.
Lockers are available for you to safely store your belongings during the lesson.
For Bread and Cake Trial Lessons, packaging will be provided for takeaway. You are encouraged to bring your own bag as carriers are not provided. However, Cooking Trial Lessons are strictly for dine-in only to ensure the best consumption experience and food safety.
We use Muslim-friendly ingredients in our studio. While we have not obtained official halal certification, we strictly follow a “no pork, no lard, no alcohol” policy.
Customers are required to arrive at the studio 10 minutes before the lesson. Late arrivals will not be allowed to join, and any missed lessons due to lateness will not be rescheduled or refunded. Please plan to arrive on time so you can enjoy your full lesson experience.
Yes, you can, if you are already signed up as a Member. As one of our Member’s benefits, you can unlock other Trial Lesson menus by introducing a first-timer Non-member to us each time!
For Non-members, you are not allowed to attend the Trial Lesson for more than once.
As our lessons are carefully prepared in advance with ingredients portioned and instructors assigned, we require advance booking for all sessions.
Participants are strictly prohibited against making reservations of Trial Lesson for more than 4 pax at one time, regardless of via online reservation or call-in reservation due to our limited slots for Trial Lessons.

Bookings of 5 pax or more will be considered group bookings/team building sessions and charged at separate rates
If such bookings are made without prior arrangement with us, we reserve the right to cancel without refund if the customer refuse to top up to the Group Lesson price difference

We welcome overseas ABC Members to join our Trial Lessons free of charge, provided they bring at least one local first-timer (Malaysian) Non-member.

OTHERS
Please approach our studio to purchase a copy of the recipe at RM20. Member can purchase the recipe of the lessons they had attended only.
It is always a good habit to write your name and membership ID number on your recipe once your instructor hand it to you, and to check under the table after your lesson before you leave the studio, for situation like this.
Please call the studio and we can help you check on-site. Do provide us with information such as the table number where you had your lesson, the description of your lost item, etc. If someone had picked up your item and passed it to our staff, we can also check our “Lost & Found” box for you.
However, do note that our “Lost & Found” storage management will store items for up to 1-month duration only. After 1 month, these items will be discarded. ABC Cooking Studio is also not responsible for any lost or stolen items, accidents and other troubles that might have caused.
