Glutinous Rice Dumpling (Bak Zhang) – 2 pcs
A staple of every Dragon Boat Festival, where sticky glutinous rice filled with an assortment of savoury ingredients are wrapped in bamboo leaves.
Alkaline Dumpling (Kee Zhang) – 2 pcs
Tender soft rice dumplings soaked and cooked to a golden hue and paired with a homecooked Gula Melaka Cream Syrup dip.
Fried Taro Puff (Wu Kok) – 3 pcs
The star of the show! Learn making this taro-fragrant deep-fried goodness with a lacy texture as an added bonus to the trio of dumplings series.
