Ayam Gepuk has been everywhere lately and it has finally landed at ABC Cooking Studio 🌶️🔥
Get ready to make this Indonesian favourite completely from scratch, starting with juicy fried chicken served alongside crispy garlic tempe, stuffed tauhu, fried spinach and crispy oyster mushroom.
And of course, the plate would not be complete without the real star, sambal gepuk and kuah gajus! Spicy, nutty and seriously addictive, you’ll learn to prepare it and bring all the elements together into one satisfying plate.
Cool the heat down with Es Teler, a refreshing coconut shaved ice served with avocado cubes, grass jelly, red sago and coconut strips for a light, icy and tropical finish.
