Hakka Rice Dumpling (2 pieces)
Savoury glutinous rice dumpling wrapped in bamboo leaves, filled with chicken, black-eyed beans, preserved radish, chestnut, salted egg and etc.
Hakka Yam Abacus (Serves 1)
A beloved Hakka staple made from yam dough that is soft yet slightly chewy, shaped one by one into small ābeadsā resembling abacus seeds.
Hakka Hee Pan (2 pieces)
A soft, naturally tinted steamed cake known for its fluffy texture and gentle sweetness, filled with peanut in our version.
