Our annual affair of getting together over mooncake-making is back! This year, join the Marble Quartet Mooncake Workshop, where you’ll prepare a chinese yam mochi skin base and a white sweet potato filling base from scratch.
Shape them into exquisite marbled mooncakes in four flavours, with two pieces crafted into rabbits:
🟢 Matcha Adzuki Soy Mochi
🟣 Sweet Potato Honey Osmanthus
⚫ Black Sesame Soy Mochi
🔴 Cranberry Cream Cheese with Walnuts
