Celebrate the brightest, fullest moon of the year with handmade mooncakes at our annual mooncake workshop.
This year, we present to you the Moonlit Momoyama Mooncake Workshop where you’ll learn a healthier alternative from traditional mooncakes with its skin made of white bean paste, tinted with natural colourings from matcha powder, red yeast powder and skimmed milk powder. Bite into the tender fillings of Bi Luo Chun as well as Jasmine Matcha Cranberry as you gaze the moon with your loved ones.
