A crispy and fragrant pâte sucrée with almond cream and quick custard cream filling, the Tropical Fruit Tart is adding a splash of colours to June’s Cake Basic menus. Challenge yourself in a new piping technique of basketweave pattern and decorate with seasonal tropical fruits to create a luxurious tart.
