Consisting of crunchy cookies and boules de neige made from a single dough, decorate them with icing and fill in tins to get on the holiday spirit!
Christmas would never be complete without stollen and if you’ve been following us from the start, you may remember the different versions we have had over the years. In this Cassis and Chestnut Stollen variation, we’re adding cassis purée to the German fruit bread for a gorgeous tint of colour. We’ll also be packing it with luxurious fruit mix, cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds and chestnut paste that is going to give you the most satisfying bites.
